In
order to process your application, we require the
following:
**Government Issued Photo Identification for every member 18 years or older
**Social Security card for all members of household
**Birth Certificates for all members of household
**Proof of Enrollment for any Education
**Income Verification (Including food stamps and child support, any other Government
assistance, and cash from any and all sources)
**6 most recent bank statements
**3 reference letters, not from family.
**Custody Papers, Divorce decree, if applicable
**Past 5 years rental references with contact information
**Residents
must agree to annual home inspections by BHA representatives and
quality control inspections during occupancy.

Head of
Household must maintain electric in their name.
Prior
residents of BHA must:

Have paid
in full any balance owed BHA.
